7.6/10 Good! (76 reviews)
Very disappointing start to our stay We arrived at 6pm with our 19-month-old granddaughter, only to find another couple already in our apartment. They had been given the same entry details as us, despite booking a different apartment. To make matters worse, the cot we had requested was not provided. The apartment then had to be cleaned and the bedding changed before we could settle in. Thankfully, the on-call member of staff, who was around 30 minutes away, came out to resolve the issues and brought a travel cot. In the meantime, we had to take our very tired granddaughter out for dinner while we waited. The following morning, the shower flooded the bathroom, requiring another call-out and a further 30-minute wait for a mop and bucket. The problem was eventually repaired later that day. The on-call staff member was helpful and did his best, but the overall experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Basic check-in arrangements and the requested cot should have been organised correctly, and the flooding added further disruption to our stay.

Not a clean property and very much in need of a refurb. Lots of dirt, hairs in the bathroom, thick dust and grime. Lots of the appliances were in need of replacing, second bathroom sink hanging off the wall, tap in kitchen about to come off, mattresses were absolutely awful. Property was very noisy also

it was so lovely but i think on the off chance ive woke up from my sleep covered in itchy bites/spots on my body. my partner was fine so i dont think it was anything serious but please be mindful if allergic to dust or anything to take antihistamines before your stay if you’re prone to them like me. put a little downer on my stay as have come here before and have never experienced this, staff were very apologetic and assured me they would inform house keeping about it though
